First make sure the SNMP feature is installed inside your Artica server you want to monitor.
- On the Centreon console, select in the left menu Configuration/Hosts/Hosts
- Click on Add button
For a Basic monitoring ( aka the Artica Operating system ) and if you using the default value inside the Artica SNMP service, just type :

Nameof your monitored Artica server - The I
P addressof your Artica server in “IP adresse/DNS” - SNMP Community as
publicand SNMP version as2c - In the templates, add the
template OS-Linux-SNMP-custom
- Click on “Save” to add your server.
On creation/deletion/change of objects via the configuration interface, the changes performed are not applied automatically to the monitoring engine.
¶ To apply the changes performed
- Go to Configuration > Pollers > Pollers.
- Select the pollers whose configuration you want to export.
- Click on Export configuration.
- Check the following boxes:
- Generate Configuration Files
- Run monitoring engine debug (-v)
- Move Export Files
- Restart Monitoring Engine.
- Click Export.
- You should see your new Artica server under “Resources status section”
